These cucumbers sell out every year because they are tasty and easy. They are refreshing, mild, and crisp through difficult summer conditions and over a long harvest period. For cucumbers, or for pickling, harvest when 6-8" long and firm. Middle Eastern cucumbers like this are much milder, more dependable, and more digestible than the usual American types, and hold their quality even when a bit wrinkled or past prime. We grew a huge bed of these last summer and ate them every day. I particularly like them diced and added to bean, tuna, egg, or potato salad for a cool, easy lunch. 40 seeds
