Just what it says: a tall, deep green, classic romaine with a sweet flavor and a blanched heart. Caesar salads, shrimp Louie, hummus dippers--this is just plain good romaine. Excellent disease resistance. A variety from the wonderful Abundant Life Seed Foundation archives that was not lost in the tragic fire that destroyed their collections. Seed grown by Golden Rule Garden; they've been stewarding this for several years. Rare.
