The hardiest Asian green I know of, and one of the mildest in flavor. You see the little spoon-shaped leaves of Tatsoi all the time in salad mix, and in most "supergreens" mixtures. In the garden, it looks like a bok choy that's been fanned out so all the leaves can get some sun. Easy to grow, handsome, and resistant to frost down to zone 6 or 7. I love this, and I bet you will too. 80 seeds
