period. One of our earliest spring wildflowers.I find this superior to forget-me-nots in every way: larger flowers, faster and easier from seed, longer bloom, easier to place in the garden, and no disease problems. It is also stellar at feeding bees, pollinators, and beneficial insects. I love this as a blooming groundcover under bulbs and in containers. Good in hanging baskets or containers by the door, and perfect under shrubs or trees, where its love for afternoon shade and moisture can easily be met. Best in dappled shade in hot-summer areas, full sun elsewhere, and will bloom as long as its kept moist.
