A classic, first introduced in 1928 . Easy to grow, with big yields of large juicy thick-walled bells on sturdy 2'-3'. As you can see in the photo, Call Wonder bears heavily. Green peppers ripen to bright red with top-notch flavor either way. Peppers are protected from sunscald because they form under the leafy canopy instead of on top. Tolerates both high heat and cold nights. Consistently bell-shaped with lobed fruits 4" across. Resistant to tobacco mosaic virus. ~65 days to green harvest, ~75 red. (from transplant) 25 seeds
