A drought-resistant and easy to grow popcorn that is also incredibly beautiful. Gorgeous pink kernels pop into fluffy white popcorn. Like all popcorns, this is also good for cornmeal and polenta. Pinky was bred during the Dust Bowl era for the harsh conditions of North Dakota by the great Alfred Yeager. We have found it to be extremely well-adapted to our California conditions of hot days, cold nights, and sparse water.
