Heirloom parsnip from England, where parsnips are a major staple and have been bred carefully for generations. This one is renowned for its sweetness and quality.

The roots can get huge and therefore provide a very high yield, while at the same time breaking through soil hardpan to improve drainage for subsequent crops. The Seed Ambassadors Project received this variety from the Irish Seed Savers Association, who said it is one of the sweetest parsnips they have trialed. Thanks to Adaptive Seed for this excellent variety. 200 seeds (~1 gram)
