Easy and adaptable, very mild-flavored Asian greens. More heat-resistance than most, with good winter-hardiness as well. Compared to other Asian greens, it is more broad-leaved than Mizuna, more upright than Tatsoi, has less crinkled leaves than Yukina Savoy, and is leafier with thinner stems than Bok Choy. Leaves are smooth and have a good texture and flavor for salads. Older leaves are an excellent all-purpose green for light cooking.
