My favorite perennial herbs for ease of use, beauty in the landscape, and simple preparation. Contains Elecampane (traditional respiratory and immune support), Grindelia (traditional allergyrelief); Meadowsweet (trad. pain relief, anti-inflammatory); Echinacea (trad immune stimulant); Marshmallow (pre-biotic, trad. digestive and urinary); California Poppy or Wood Betony (trad. sedatives, anti-anxiety); Nettle (trad anti-allergy, arthritis, and energy builder); Yarrow (trad for colds & flu, wounds & bleeding). Most of these, (in contrast to the culinary perennials,) prefer fertile, moist garden soil and sun to partial shade.
Since most of the culinary perennials like rosemary and thyme are also useful medicinally, this collection combined with the usual culinary herbs gives you a classic traditional herb garden or herb spiral. If any of the above are out of stock, I'll substitute with an equally useful one. 7 packets.
