The fastest emergence and the fastest time to harvest I've ever seen in a pole bean. These beat most of the bush beans to harvest! They send up runners along with the first leaves, so have your trellis in place before you plant. Best for spring and late summer crops, or in areas where summer temperatures are generally below 85. Not as heat-resistant as Rattlesnake. The beans themselves are large--8" to 10" long--flat, mild-flavored, and borne in clusters. They have the crisp juicy texture of classic American green beans. The productive vines can grow up to 12'. White seeds. 1/2 oz seed packet contains about 40 seeds.
