Slightly piquant 3"-4" golden peppers for pickling and frying. This is the type that go so well on sandwiches, Greek salad, and so on. A great addition to an antipasto tray, giardinera, muffaletta, and similar pickled condiments. Also worth trying fried or grilled as a cocktail snack like Padron peppers. Small bushy plants only about a foot high but covered in peppers. Since they are harvested before full ripeness (these ripen to red if left on the bush) you can pick them in about 62 days from transplant, and they are well-suited to life in a tub or pot, Mildly hot peppers are perfect for pickles, but can be spiced up with the addition of a hot pepper to the pickling liquid if desired.
