I've been looking for a green snap bean that produces in summer. Most beans give up in our summer heat. Marona gives big yields that hold up well, both on the bush and after picking. The highest yield and most-resistant to Mexican Bean Beetle damage in Care of the Earth Farm’s 2022 August snap bean trial. They highly recommend it for late summer and early fall green bean production, when Provider struggles to survive the heat.
