per item

A mix of colors, leaf shapes, and textures that can be harvested as baby leaves to add a bolder flavor to salad, or for cooking at any stage. Flavors run the gamut from mild to spicy, and all are tamed by cooking. Large packet for sowing closely as baby leaves or for succession-sowing. You can sow closely and use thinnings for salad leaves, then harvest the rest leaf-by-leaf over a long season. When hot weather threatens to make them bolt, it works well to cut them all down and freeze for soups and greens all year. Contains both Asian and Western greens. 600 seeds per packet
