One of the first open-pollinated corns with the se (sugary enhanced) trait for added sweetness. The result of a collaboration between the Organic Seed Alliance and the University of Wisconsin. The result is a traditionally-bred corn with the sweet flavor of commercial hybrids. Unlike the hybrids, you can save and replant the seeds!.
